It was a sad day for this kitten when she was abandoned by her mom.
But her sadness didn’t last long. A man named Alan decided to adopt the kitten.
Over the next few months, this man gave this little angel the love and care she needed to turn her into a beautiful cat!
A difficult beginning
When Ellen first met this kitten, she was extremely underweight and malnourished.
She was smaller than Ellen’s paws and barely wanted to eat. Alan named her “Sansa” after a character in Game of Thrones.
From that day on, these two animals have been on a wonderful journey.
No mom? No problem!
Sansa was rejected by her mother. Without a mom, Sansa’s fate would be miserable.
But Alan was willing to help her! No mom? No problem.
Ellen took on the role of mommy cat and began bottle-feeding little Sansa.
Her size and age made her very fragile and she needed to be bottle fed and closely monitored 24 hours a day.
Papa Cat is determined to be the best mom he can be.
Cat Daddy’s Rescue
Sansa trusts Alan. It was the first time she felt safe and loved since she was abandoned.
Sansa clung to Aaron with her tiny paws and gazed into her rescuer’s eyes.
Then she fell asleep on top of Aaron and let out a grateful purr.
Sansa was Aaron’s shadow. Wherever Aaron went, Sansa followed!
Only Child
As each day passed, Sansa grew bigger and stronger. She had a good appetite and a zest for life!
Sansa was abandoned by her mother, so Alan decided to make this only child special.
He prepared toys and a cozy bed for Sansa to relax.
Little Big Man
Now that Sansa’s health needs are met, she becomes a little energy source.
She runs around, plays and explores like a curious kitten.
